Each of the David Winter Cottages were made of cold-cast porcelain and hand-painted in the studios at Egger’s Hill in England. This particular piece, “Tomfool’s Cottage” was special in that it was released exclusively for purchase by members of the David Winter Collector’s Club, so distribution was small by comparison to the rest of the line.
