Each of the David Winter Cottages were made of cold-cast porcelain and hand-painted in the studios at Egger’s Hill in England. This particular piece, “Irish Water Mill” was special in that it was made exclusively as a renewal gift for members of the David Winter Collector’s Guild, so distribution was small by comparison to the rest of the line.
